She loves to pick them most of all. She stops for dandilions and every weed with a flower is in danger of her little fingers. She’s the best kind of picker too because she doesn’t want to pick them for herself but to give them to anyone who is within her sight. Needless to say this was pure heaven for her and the most simple kind of joy for me.
Katie is getting married in New York in a few months and for her bachelorette party she invited her closest friends to spend the weekend in Savannah for some shopping, laughing and secret girl stuff. I met them at the pier in between rain showers and leprechauns and recorded the nuances of friendships that are sure to last and grow. This is one of my favorite pictures of the day.

They have crazy schedules, live in different states, he loves to dream about his future car and she is a super model living undercover as a pharmeceutical sales rep. Oh, and did I mention that they are perfect for each other? Well, they are and will be getting married April 17 and I can’t wait. They are just super nice people and I feel like it’s totally my good fortune to be apart of their lives.
