DJ Anthony and his family

When Madison said she wanted a party with a DJ for her 13th birthday the first thing I did was think “trade.” Surely DJ’s need great pictures of themselves so how about you come and DJ for me and I’ll give you a fabulous photo shoot? Win, win if you ask me. The first guy I asked didn’t seem that interested, (cha!) but it was all my good fortune to find Anthony Hylton because he did an amazing job. The kids loved it and he was happy to be there rockin the music until we had to tell him to stop. His system was portable and high tech and you could tell that he really enjoys what he does.

I met his family a few weeks later and spent time chasing Nina, their 15 month old little darling and chatting and capturing moments between Anthony and his beautiful bride Michelle. Here are some of my favorites and if you ever need a DJ, you won’t be disappointed with DJ ANT

Aiden is the boss {01 nine 10}

John and Crissy are wrapped around his finger. Plain and simple. He cries, they jump. He cooes, they sigh. He’s hungry, they provide. He poops, they change. He lives and breathes and their hearts pound and melt. Such is the nature of parenthood and first babies. They simply can’t get enough of him and that’s exactly the way is should be.

Ruiz Family

Dean Ruiz is a genius and his wife, Gabby is a sals-dancing-manager-extrodainaire-hot-mama.
I am the one who gets blessed by knowing them. Dean has been working with me this year as an intern in the wedding photography business. He is an absolute genius in his own right and I find myself going to him for wisdom and instruction way more than he comes to me for experience.
They are rockin hot salsa teachers (undercover) and they inspire me with their devotion to one another and their love for God.

They are made in the image of their Creator and therfore, they create. Thalia is a pordict of pure love. A blossom of two hearts.

Carter Gooch

Ali and Joel were married 3 years ago and now they have this handsome little guy, Carter, who is the perfect mix of the two of them. I was able to spend the afternoon with them and I think I’m in love.

This book caught my eye, you could say I did a double take and then had a good laugh. Oh-la-la! Look at that yummy baby.

We went to the cutest little Antique/Market in Alpharetta, I love this time of year for family photos. Carter is on a tongue-to-the-right phase, I’m pretty sure it has something to do with teething. He’s so cute.
